Out of I. S. 304 grade, Stainless Steel sheets, a Tank is fabricated in a PLAIN design with embossed Borders having a very decent appearance and a Sophisticated look. Heavy Duty Knurled Handles (2 In front and 2 in rear) are provided for Easy Pushing and Pulling. 25mm x 25mm inner Frame work for reinforcement is done. Further from inside a Mild Steel Jacket is Fabricated at a Distance of 1″ away on all the 4 Sides from the outer S. S. Body to have an Insulation of Ceramic Fiber Blankets which protects the Outer Body from getting Heated. 4 heavy-duty Swivel Castors (2 with Brakes) are provided at the bottom making the unit Mobile. The Steel Body is provided with Louvers on the front for escape of excess heat. Suitable Ceramic Based Earthen Clay Oven is installed in the Tank with the help of Thermal Insulation Blankets, Blocks and high Density imported Thermocol Balls. The top surface is finished with Insulation Blankets covered with removable type 16 s.w.g Stainless Steel top. The Mouth of the Tandoor is lined with Stainless Steel Border with 1” depression having Heat Resistant Stone to avoid direct heat Transfer on the Steel top.

A Low Pressure LP / PN Gas Burner is fixed at the base of the Oven along with an Industrial Pilot Burner equipped with sensor and Ignition Sparker for Peizo Ignition. Gas Safety Control Valve on the front Panel is provided to Control Gas Intensity. A Push Button Ignition Lighter with Water Proof Cap is provided for lighting the Burner. Thick Perforated M. S. Baffle Plate is placed on the burners. This enables the flame to directly hit the walls of the Tandoor and allows deflection of heat evenly on all sides. Natural Volcanic Lava Stones are supplied to be placed on the Baffle Plates. Lava Stones when heated, emits a Natural Charcoal flavor inside the room of the Gas Tandoori Oven. A flexible S.S. Hose is provided with a Pressure Regulator to attach it to nearby Gas Bank. A Temperature Gauge is provided for Monitoring the running temperature of the Oven.
